FAQ
Do I need therapy or consultation?
Will there be an intake session? What should I expect?
Parent consultations do not require an intake session. Because consultation sessions are used to address your very specific concerns as it relates to parenting journey, each session will be used to discuss those concerns and gain actionable guidance to achieve a desired and attainable goal.

What is the difference between therapy for women and girls and mother-daughter coaching?
Mother-daughter coaching specifically targets improving the relationship between mothers and daughters. Coaching involves working with both mother and/or daughter to identify and correct unhealthy patterns, enhance communication, resolve conflict, and build a stronger, more supportive relationship. Mother-daughter coaching is uniquely focused on the specific dynamics and challenges that arise in the relationship between mothers and daughters and their relationship goals.
