I specialize in supporting women and girls of all ages- with a focus on navigating and overcoming life challenges such as inherited trauma, anxiety, stress, complex relationships, and attachment issues. My mission is to guide them toward a life that brings fullness and wholeness to their hearts. As a woman and therapist who deeply understands the complexities faced by women and girls, I am dedicated to equipping and empowering them with transformative tools to replace guilt, doubt, shame, and uncertainty with boldness, confidence, healing, and strength.

My training in the Mother-Daughter Attachment Model framework, developed by Rosjke Hasseldine, allows me to uncover some of the root causes of conflict or disconnect and pave the way for healing. Her insights into systemic dynamics, trauma-informed practices, attachment issues and cultural influences have profoundly shaped my understanding of mother-daughter relationships.
