- A private space to understand the themes your daughter is working on
- Practical tools to support communication and connection at home
- Ways to reinforce her growth and progress at home
- Clinician-guided strategies tailored to your family’s needs
If you’ve been looking for a steady, structured space where your daughter can grow with guidance and support, Bloom may be the right fit for your family.
Bloom is facilitated by Jessica Smith and co-facilitated by Tasha-Mae Nicholas, licensed therapists who specialize in working with teen girls and women navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Their approach is warm, non-judgmental, and grounded in evidence-based practices including CBT, mindfulness, and attachment-focused interventions.
They understand the unique pressures teen girls face today, from social media comparison to academic stress to complex family dynamics. Their goal is to create a space where your daughter can show up as she is, explore what she’s feeling, and build skills that help her feel more confident, grounded, and connected to herself.
Inmost Being Behavioral & Consulting Services is a veteran-owned practice serving women, teen girls, and families across Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, and Washington DC.
