I’m Tasha-Mae, a dedicated therapist specializing in enhancing women and girls’ overall well-being and enriching relationships. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with women and girls extensively, helping them to build stronger, healthier connections. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where women and girls can unpack their feelings, communicate openly, develop effective coping strategies, and connect generational trauma to current life challenges. One unique aspect of my work as a Registered Play Therapist has been using the power of play therapy to cultivate healing. I have also had the privilege of working extensively with military families as a Military and Family Life Counselor, and I am the proud wife of a military service member.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management from Baruch College with a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Washburn University. This distinctive combination equips me with strong skills in communication and conflict resolution. These skills are invaluable to understanding the challenges working women face in the workforce and how these challenges impact their personal lives and relationships.

I am trained as a Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Mother-Daughter Coach. I am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Maryland, Virginia, North & South Carolina, and Missouri.
